From 1965 till 1970 in Bayir village near Burdur city there were opened gun manufacturing company by (deceased Ali Ozkan),Akif Ozkan and Lutfi Ozdemir

Later there were produced the first double hunting shotgun in Turkey.Except this the single-gun also was produced.After receiving a license from Ministry of İnternal Affairs for manufacturing double shotguns,single-gun,superpoze (two barrels),automatic weapon were produced till 1990.

From 1990 company started to produce automatic shotguns strenuously,at the same time expanded load capacity of machines and machine tools.

İn 2004 company Özkanlar Silah Sanayi Limited Şirketi moved to Akdeniz industry site of Antalya city with area of 1000 metres square and start family business.
